• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.

   

3. Intellectual Property

Authors retain copyright to their original manuscript, but Anahad Imprints may use the book’s title, cover, and details for marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Author Submissions & Usage Rights

When you submit your manuscript, artwork, or other creative content, you confirm:

• You are the sole and original creator of the content or have rights to submit it.
• Your submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You grant Anahad Imprints the necessary rights to edit, format, print, distribute, and promote the content as per the agreed publishing package.

You are responsible for the content’s accuracy, originality, and legal compliance.

5. Payment Terms

• Full or partial payments must be made before initiation of publishing services.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or approved payment gateways.
• Pricing is transparent and agreed upon before project commencement.
• Any government taxes applicable (GST or others) shall be borne by the customer.

   

6. Refund & Cancellation

As our services are personalized and creative in nature, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, we will review genuine cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

No refund will be issued for:

• Services already rendered (editing, design, printing, marketing)
• Delays caused by the author’s inaction or content changes

7. Limitation of Liability

Anahad Imprints shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of content or data not directly caused by us
• Delay in services due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.)
• Author’s failure to comply with publishing or design timelines
• Outcomes of third-party marketing or distribution platforms

Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Services

We may partner with or recommend third-party service providers (e.g., online marketplaces, printing partners, etc.). While we choose our partners carefully, we are not liable for any action, omission, or dispute arising out of services handled by such third parties. We encourage users to review third-party terms before engaging with them.

9. User Conduct

By using our site or services, you agree:

• Not to use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Not to submit defamatory, obscene, or plagiarized content
